I have raynauds and complement deficiency. i have a pulse right above my knees (inner) thigh/kneecap. never felt. is it just a sign of inflammation?

Pulse: If you are very skinny, that may be why you can see and feel the pulse. Raynauds does change the caliber of vessels so that the pressure in the vessels may be higher, hence your ability to feel it. You do have an inflammatory disorder so yes, that will also affect the caliber of vessel and viscosity of blood. Are you eating good antiinflammatory foods and doing detox to help this disease
