Doctor: Metformin/glucophage might be a good choice, but this can only be decided by a doctor who has evaluated you in person.

Clomid (clomiphene): Inducing ovulation will normalize your hormones. Metformin or glucophage (metformin) can also be helpful but is not as successful as Clomid or clomiphene. If you are overweight, healthy weight loss through a low glycemic index diet and regular exercise will also help to improve symptoms of pcos (polycystic ovarian symdrome). Please see a gynecologist or reproductive endocrinologist for an evaluation.
