Other causes: Infertility from the female can be caused by tubal, cervical, uterine factors as well as ovulation. Male factor is half the causes so if your partner has not hada seman analysis the start there. Hec can have a low sperm count or a low number of normal or swimming straight sperm. This can happen with illness infection or trauma. Then a dye study to check your tubes and uterus.
