Integrative approach: PCOS is a complex issue and optimal treatment includes changes in diet, lifestyle, nutritional supplements and herbs. Acupuncture may help too. Even with that it might take several months or longer. Please see https://natural-fertility-info.com/pcos-fertility-diet for a comprehensive discussion of the best treatment approach. It would be ideal to work with an integrative doctor. Good luck!

OB, prefer endocrine: Many women with PCOS have children. There is no magic trick to "conceive fast" if you are normal and no magic way to accelerate it in the presence of PCOS. Endocrine specialists OB/GYN are very successful helping people with PCOS. If there is no success in conceiving, the fertility clinics usually succeed. Herbs, vitamins, acupuncture are just a joke.
