Navel pain: With intrauterine pregnancies, sometimes the increased pressure in the abdomen will cause the opening surrounding the navel to trap intestine or a portion of omentum which will cause pain, and with shifting positions will stop. Ask your OB provider to check for an umbilical hernia (as described) and if present illustrate how to reduce it manually.
