Breast reduction: Breast reduction can be a legitimate "medical" concern, especially with neck and back pain and eventual compensation by position changes which can lead to arthritic conditions, and restriction of health benefits from adequate exercise. Seek a university department of surgery with a plastic surgery group, and not simply a "cosmetic" surgical physician.
