See doctor: It may not be pitryasis rosea. It would be prudent to see a doctor for a proper diagnosis and appropriate treatment. Have a healthy diet, exercise, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/.
