Have it looked at.: First, lard has no known therapeutic effect when applied to the skin. Second, if you had pityriasis rosea 2 years ago it's unlikely that you have it again, and a herald patch shouldn't last almost 3 months anyway. Have a dermatologist look at it - because it could be any number of things, and if it's been there that long it deserves a proper diagnosis.
