Can home pregnancy urine tests come negative if im 16 weeks pregnant? my periods have lasted shorter than usual with some clots since 4 months.

Are you certain : that you are pregnant? Ultrasound should be diagnostic at 16 weeks. If that is diagnostic, why are you still performing home pregnancy testing unless you are presuming you are pregnant based on previous home pregnancy tests. If that is the case then make an appointment with OB/gyn for a thorough evaluation. There are a few possiblities for negative home pregnancy tests.
