Good day. looks like my 11 month old has a nail(thumb) has a terrible infection. looks like a blister and puss. what home remedy can i use?

Have it evaluated: You can certainly clean it well with antiseptic soap & coat the tea with antibiotic ointment. However, if it is as bad as you say the kid should be evaluated to see if antibiotics are needed to prevent an extension of the infection into his hand.
