Sounds miserable: You really do owe it to yourself to see a knowledgeable ObGyn. S/he would need to examine you thoroughly and possibly do some studies. Good at least that there is no pain during sex, but any kind of persistent pain and the uncertainty and fear about possible diagnosis can cause sadness and depression! Good luck to you dear.
