Vitreous issue: Presumably the glaucoma evaluation included a view of the back of the eye for retinal disturbance which can cause light streaks. The most likely at your age is vitreous disturbance. When you next go for your glaucoma check-up , mention these light streaks if they still are occurring. But if you also have multiple floaters, or a change in the vision, make an appointment right away.
