My eyes, right eye more than left, seems to have red veins in outer corners, some days it appears better, but it comes back, no other symptoms but sometimes feels a bit irritated, could this be from makeup?? is this bad? scared of glaucoma?

Dry eye: increased size of blood vessels in episclera and conjunctiva which vary and are unassociated with other visula symtoms are not from glaucoma. Most likely from dry eye. Try a non-preserved artfiicial tear drop.
