Growth: I don't believe you can feel the back of your throat with the tip of your tongue, but you can feel the roof of your mouth, insides of your cheeks,floor of your mouth and your gums with the tip of your tongue.. A physician or Otolaryngologist would have to perform a throat examination for you.
