ADL assessment: The need for any doc visit is often best decided by how their activities of daily living (ADL) are altered. If an7 mo is playful, resting well when appropriate, feeding normally, it is less an issue then when not. Many simple viral colds, URI's that will self heal will produce this pattern. When the intensity of her symptoms slows her down, it is a good idea to check it out.
