I have had spinal fusio ten 10 years ago. i am now experiencing numbness and pins and needles in my feet and lower legs.

Spinal fusion: It could be that you are having numbness and tingling of the legs, and feet due to spinal issues- herniated disc. Xray and MRI can help decipher this. If it is both legs and feet equally, then other etiologies such as B12 deficiency, diabetes should be ruled out.
