Treat yeast & retest: There can often be two or more simultaneous vaginal infections with one obscuring the diagnosis of the other. Complete the Rx for the yeast infection and get re-tested for BV. Eliminate douching and vaginal hygiene products before you get re-tested. Retained or forgotten vaginal tampons can also cause "odor".
