More info needed: More info needed. Did he have trauma to the area? is this after lifting or doing upper arm exercise? Pain may not be from the “bicep muscle” but the humerus ( bone in the upper arm). regardless, if pain continues , should be examined by a doctor. If he has Night sweats, fever, fatigue or weight loss please have him be seen immediately
