Biceps injury?: Hi, Biceps pain can be many things: muscle contusion, strain, tear...Also you can get biceps tenosynovitis and tendinitis (this pain will usually be closer to the shoulder than biceps muscle pain is). Like the other doc mentioned rotator cuff disease can refer to the biceps. A physical exam by your doc would be helpful and MRI or US can evaluate the biceps...get it read by a MSK radiologist!
