For 10 days i have groin and testicular pain 20 years after inguinal hernia repair. what should i do?

Get exam: Need more info..Could be recurrence of prior hernia or development of new hernia. Could also be epididimytis or some other inflammation of testicle, even torsion. Need more info or you should just get examined ASAP to resolve your question.
