Can a hernia cause testicular pain or abnormalities? i feel pain on the right side of my groin when straining and my left testicle feels abnormal and when i press on right testicle i feel pain in groin?

Depends: The term hernia can apply to different areas of the body & varies in size/effect. If your hernia follows the path where the testis came down during fetal development, it can impair the blood flow that supplies the testis. This could trigger pain.
