Since im expecting a baby and im in my first trimester. what can be recommended i eat as i dont eat any vegetables at all?

Most green: cooked vegetables are healthy and chocked full of vitamins and nutrients/ antioxidants you need for the pregnancy. The problem is raw. Most raw organically grown veggies are likely okay, though you need to make sure you wash them in alkaline water pH 8.5 and nonchlorinated water thoroughly to avoid infections from Salmonella and Shigella.
