Fluid-filled sacs called bursae.cushion tendons/muscles & bones/between joints. The pes anserinus (below the knee joint line where the tendons of the semitendinosis, sartorius, and gracillis muscles of hamstrings attach. Exam has point tenderness. See your doc-
