Knee pain. trauma?: try to put ice packs, apply ace-band/elastic band on it. you can take NSAIDS- like naproxyn, ibuprofen or tylenol (acetaminophen) as needed. elevates the leg. if the pain does not go away after a few days or get worse- you can go to see your doctor to get evaluated.

Knee Pain: Pain is a always a sign for you to protect that area of your body. If the pain / injury is recent, use ice on the site of pain for about the first day or two. This helps with inflammation. After you can use heat to help reduce pain from stiffness. But overall, rest the knee so it can heal.
