A member asked:

My daugter has been diagnosed as a lactose, seed, wheat intollerant child ..... which diet can i follow for her?

Odd post: Lactose intolerance is found in 1/4 of older children & adults. Avoiding lactose containing foods/drinks will avoid symptoms. There is no "seed" intolerance that I know of. Wheat is composed of many molecules including gluten, found in many grains. Intolerance can be simple or an immune issue called celiac disease. A clarification of your terms is important to provide any reasoned response.
