If you squeeze: If you squeeze the infection can spreads and can create Cavernous sinus thrombosis. Cavernous sinus thrombosis is a serious condition. It causes death in up to 30% of cases. What happens here is that body create blood clot inside the cavernous sinus to prevent the spread of the infection and that in turns put pressure on the brain damaging the brain. So squeezing a zit above the lips is a no no.
