I had zit on my nose 5-6m ago like any other zit, a little puss, came and went in a day or so. but left an indent, which is still there.

Minor cosmetic issue: The skin of the nose is less forgiving than the rest of the face. Nasal pus pockets that are large enough will leave an indented scar on the nose while a similar lesion elsewhere on the face will usually heal smoothly.
