Congested nose at night. taking allegra d, rhinocort, and azalstine. woke up with soreness at left of tip of nose. feels like a pimple but don't see one. area is hard and tender (in and out of nostril). not visible from outside. what can this be?

Vestibulitis: Superficial infection of inner lining of alar nasi (nasal tip) probably caused by irritation while using nasal spray. Light application of Neosporin 1-2 times inside the nostril for a few days usually ease the pain associated with inflammation.
