Stuffy nose: There is a natural nasal spray called Xlear (pronounced "Clear"). It is pleasant tasting and helps break up the bio-film in your mucosa where germs breed. Please ask your doc about it. It is available in health food stores. Peace and good health.

Beware Afrin: Beware of the Afrin. It contains chemicals that constrict capillaries in the nose to shrink swelling.Use for more than 3 days at a time can cause capillary breakdown & long term swelling. If you use it daily, stop for a 2 week period to let you nose recover, then use every 3rd day at most. An OTC nasal steroid spray may be a better choice. Nasal saline wash can help also.
