My husband has had 4 bouts of cellulitis on his calf/leg that week to get better with antibiotics but then it reoccurs. what could be the cause?

Several factors: Most concerning would be a resistant bacterial infection like MRSA(methicillin resistant staph aureus), Requires aggressive therapy and bacterial cultures of the cellulitic areas.
