See ophthalmologist!: Abrupt painless vision loss is concerning for a stoke ( either arterial which could mean you have blockage in the arteries in your neck) or venous, which could also indicate vascular disease from hypertension or glaucoma. Treatment will depend on the findings on your clinical exam.
