Could you tell me what are good alternative remedies for allergies?

??: There are any number of unproven treatments for allergies out there, such as local honey, "bee pollen", which is something that you can get at whole foods, but all are unproven for a reason. There is no evidence that they work at all. Suggest you see an allergist, instead of wasting money on unproven remedies.
