Could you tell me what's the best medicine/remedy for pet allergies?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Avoid/meds/shots: Keeping the pet out of the house and definitely out of the bedroom would be the first step.Oral antihistamines will help, but i usually prescribe nasal steroids which are more effective for congestion and allergy. Allegy shots for dogs and cats are also very effective--i have saved a few marriages where the husband is allergic particularly to a cat and the wife won't get rid of it.
