Certain nasal sprays: In the US, Nasacort (triamcinolone) just went over the counter-- works great for hay fever/resp allergies, nasal congestion, post nasal drip. For eye allergies, OTC drops like Opcon A are helpful. If you have skin allergies, itching, hives, etc, the best option is to talk to your doc. Sometimes a medication like singular can help, or certain topical medications. Good luck!
