Was told i was cured of microscopic colitis and it is ibs, i'm still passing blood and mucus with very little stool and extreme pain, what is this?

More than IBS: Passing blood, mucus and abdominal pain with diarrhea are classic symptoms for IBD (inflammatory bowel disease), either Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis (UC). Microscopic colitis is another variation of IBD. You could have IBS but passing blood is NOT a symptom of IBS. It is imperative that you see a gastrointestinal (GI) specialist for evaluation, i.e. colonoscopy and biopsy for diagnosis.
