I have had watery diarrhea for 10 days. occasionally heartburn too. i am well hydrated with no other symptoms and just a little discomfort in my abdomen. should i go to the emergency room or should i wait it out?

Depends: How many bowel movement do have in a day? If it is more than three/day, you may try an anti-motility medication like Imodium, or Pepto-Bismol. If that does not help in 2-3 days, see a doctor.
