Unlikely: Severe oligohydramnious points to interruption of the formation of kidneys or the digestive tract.Both of these are necessary to the formation of fetal waters. Without adequate fluid, there is too much uterine pressure on the fetus & lungs don't develop & it would not survive outside the womb. A few tests or an autopsy on the stillbirth would be needed to sort out the real cause.
