I assume you mean: that you are constipated or having trouble with poo. Drink lots of water, eat foods with fiber and get some daily exercise. You don't want to get started using laxatives at such a young age. If you don't like fruits, vegetables and high fiber foods try using an over the counter fiber like Benefiber or Metamucil as directed on the container.

Using this site: You get the most from this site when you provide enough detail for a reasoned response. Listing a vague symptom followed by a question mark does not qualify. Pee or poop ? It hurts too much ? The bathroom is locked & can't get in ? You are welcome to start over. Your posts are not linked so each must have all needed info.

Constipation: You may have IBS-D. In addition to Dr. Friedlander’s excellent advice, consider your lifestyle. Are you sedentary? Please ask you doc to check for food allergies. Identifying offending foods can help a lot. Peace and good health.

Agree with Drs F & S: You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless. For the long term you may try to increase your intake of fiber foods. Consult this site for fiber foods. http://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-lifestyle/nutrition-and-healthy-eating/in-depth/high-fiber-foods/art-20050948 Wish you good health.
