Urgency with urinary: Frequency,burning sensation, plus minus flank pain,abdominal pain ,fever may possibly mean urinary infection. You need lab work and get treated if indeed a UTI. Urgency alone could mean anxiety or if pregnant , uterus is sitting on the bladder causing the urgency feeling. Best to get checked out.
