More info please: I'm not sure if you are talking about a bowel problem (like constipation) or a urination problem. Either way, it looks like the cause is either an outlet blockage or else a weakness in the organ muscles (i.e. colon or urinary bladder). Is this a new problem or is it long-standing? What, if any, other health conditions do you have? We need more information; but I hope that helps anyway.
