Ent dr and dentist dont know why i have swelling on my right cheek with no other symptoms. what could it be?

See details: Evaluation of facial swelling requires imaging studies such as MRI or CT scan and likely blood work as well. Have either of these imaging tests been done? If not, speak with your doctors. Saying I don't know is not an adequate answer if there is truly significant facial swelling.
