Water ?: If you got water in it bathing simply lay down on it & it should run out. An ear bud placed half way in can also draw it out. If this is middle ear fluid leaking from a hole and or the ear hurts from infection have it evaluated. Eardrum holes in adults require treatment or they may become permanent.
