Employer program?: You posted on our public, free, information forum where doctors do not see patient charts or give medical advice. Try a private consultation where doctors can see lab results uploaded into your file. Also, in the US certain medications (not all) can be prescribed and lab tests can be ordered. On the screen of your employer-supported account, click on Care, on Medical Consults, on Start New. (2019)

Ask the HSA plan: You have posted on the HealthTap public forum where volunteer docs answer questions about medical conditions. We are not a reference service for tax questions or various health plan services. Those questions are best directed to the actual plans. If your plan contracts with a HealthTap premium service like HT Prime or Concierge, you still need to contact your plan for assistance on use.
