I have been through a telephonic consultation with my doctor and he clinically diagnosed me positive for covid 19. he cannot refer me for testing as i am not over the age of 55. how can i get a referral for testing in this case ?

COVID concerns: Don't know where you live - but being under age 55 years old is not a reason (in most places) to preclude from testing. In South Africa- one needs to consult with a medical provider who will make determination about whether to test for COVID 19 or not. You can consult your local primary care provider.
