Good day, i have a 2 year old daugther, we live in letsitele limpopo, all around us are citrus trees she has an ugly cough, please help?

Have her seen: There is not enough relevant information in your post to comment. If the cough is bad or chronic there are a multitude of different treatable issues that could be present. Having trees around for a 2 yo is likely not part of the cause. Asthma, infection, airway defects, other triggers should all be considered and proper testing done when indicated.
