I was diagnosed with gbs 10yrs ago; although recovery level was above 90% but i still suffer from chronic fatigue. any effective medication for that?

GBS: Fatigue may persist for many years after GBS. Nevertheless I recommend checking for other causes of chronic fatigue which may be treatable. Such conditions include anemia, iron deficiency,certain vitamin deficiency, hypothyroidism,adrenal or other glandular insufficiency,chronic inflammation or infection,depression,low blood pressure,heart pathology. Discuss with MD.
