The past 3 days i wake up up dizzy,unbalanced,and almost falling. it only lasts 10-15 mins. what is it and how do i get rid of it ?

Inner ear: An inner ear disturbance is the most likely problem especially if head or body motions trigger vertigo. If this is the problem, consulting an Otolaryngologist,who will probably put your head through maneuvers, is recommended. The medication,meclizine, may also be prescribed. If symptoms are not precipitated or aggravated by head movements, I would consult a neurologist instead.
