There may be: Depends on what you mean by dizziness. If you are lightheaded ; feel like you might pass out, especially when you stand up suddenly, that may be a sign of dehydration or bleeding, both which can be serious. If the room is spinning ; you're nauseated it could be from an ear infection (which should be treated) or just a cold. Meclizine or Benadryl (diphenhydramine) can help with this type. See your doc if it persists.
