Try diff. magnesium: Magnesium often causes loose stools if it's poorly absorbed; for example,Milk of Magnesia is a poorly absorbed form used as a laxative. I advise trying Magnesium Taurate, which usually doesn't cause loose stools, plus the taurine in it has many benefits, including reducing cramps.Magnesium Glycinate is another good choice. Another good option is ReMag; info on it here: https://tinyurl.com/y8z5q35x
