Try diff. magnesium: Magnesium often causes loose stools if it's poorly absorbed; for example,Milk of Magnesia is a poorly absorbed form used as a laxative. I advise trying Magnesium Taurate, which usually doesn't cause loose stools, plus the taurine in it has many benefits, including reducing cramps.Magnesium Glycinate is another good choice.
