Pregnant?: You are probably not pregnant if you only "missed one pill", but the bleeding may persist if you are taking active pills, so stop everything, obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy, and wait five days and start a new pack of bcp's if the HCG test is negative. If positive, see your gyn physician immediately.
